Voluntarily Provided Information
The college may collect the following user-provided information to include: full name, email address, postal address, date of birth, social security number, gender, phone number, and course assignments. Usually students will be required to provide credit card information for billing purposes. If making a request for Transfer Credit students may also be required to provide information related to prior academic history, employment, or military service. If a student chooses not to provide this personal information, he/she may be unable to receive some of the services that we offer.
How Information is Used
Information provided voluntarily is used to assist in providing information or services as requested by the user. Information may be shared with the Department for Education or government agencies as required for Rhodec to function as an accredited institution of higher learning.
We may also provide personal information as required to comply with a court order or legal investigation.
We do not sell or rent any personal information submitted by users of the institution's website to any third party.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Within the school, only those members, individually or collectively, acting in the student's educational interest are allowed to access education records.
The only personnel with access to the school's student records as permitted by the Privacy Act are as follows:
No other persons outside the school shall have access to, nor will the institution disclose any information from, a Rhodec student's education records without the student's written consent.
Rhodec staff are committed to providing every student with prompt, high-quality support at all times. Email is the primary form of contact for Rhodec students and the school encourages students to email us with their questions, comments and concerns.
